At SHEMROCK, we follow a well-researched and child-centered curriculum, ShemEduMAX,  to ensure the optimum development of your child! Our ShemStars are the center of our educational process & system.Our curriculum is designed & developed to fit the requirements, interests, abilities & learning styles of each child rather than the child adapting to the curriculum. The entire school programme is designed to enhance the social, emotional, spiritual, physical, motor and cognitive development of each child.

WOW! Wednesdays - Fun with Purpose

Mid-week Theme-based Programme 

The WOW! Wednesdays activities are theme-based activities which impart sound values in our children. These activities are especially designed for our SHEMStars keeping in mind their interests, learning capabilities and developmental levels.

As a part of Wow! Wednesday Personality Enhancement Module, on every 1st Wednesday of the month, we follow the theme – My Ma’am Says, where children are taught one good value. On every 2nd Wednesday of the month, we celebrate birthdays together to instil in children the feeling of love & care for each other. As children came together to celebrate birthdays of their peer group with fun & frolic, they understood the importance of sharing happiness! 3rd Wednesdays are dedicated to Go Green Activities and are aimed at fostering a love for Mother Nature in our young ones. This is Thinking Skills Module. 4th Wednesdays of the month cover Sports Module where children indulge in various physical activities for their overall fitness and health.

Learning Resources - Research-based, Innovative and Engaging

We have exclusively designed innovative, concept-based curriculum books, customized workbooks and activity-based writing books for our SHEMStars. We have used technology to make our workbooks and learning resources more interactive through the use of augmented reality, QR codes, online learning resources etc. Our new age books are not only colourful, vibrant & attractive, but also activity-based and child-centric.

Our Methodology - Theme-based and Research-based Approach

Under our unique & advanced teaching-learning methodology, we foster Theme-Based Learning that provides learning by doing, step by step. This way of teaching and learning, whereby many areas of the curriculum are integrated within one theme, stimulates and satisfies a child’s curiosity and enlarges the child’s mental horizon. Therefore, at SHEMROCK, we focus on intertwining different learning concepts with engaging themes for playful learning and ‘Research’ is our pedestal for achieving the same. We meticulously map the various concepts of the core subjects with different Themes, Values (Sanskars) and daily Life-skills, along with the numerous Festivals & special Occasions that we celebrate throughout the year, to give our children not only quality education, but also a ROCK SOLID Foundation for Life!

Technology-aided Blended Learning Making Learning Enjoyable!

We provide our SHEMStars with hands-on learning experience by adopting the latest technological tools for teaching such as interactive whiteboards, e-Blocks etc. They help trigger children’s interest and curiosity through activities and games based on logical reasoning and problem-solving through touch, drag and drop on tab screen. Keeping in mind children’s interests, needs and learning style, they build cognitive, language, motor and social skills to help children learn, grow and discover at their own natural pace.
